How Sourcebae was born
2021
The Idea
While working on mobile app development, our founders, Shubham Kumar and Bindu Patidar, encountered the biggest challenge in recruitment: Finding the right talent for the right job was frustratingly slow and inefficient. That’s where they got the idea to build Sourcebae.
2022
The Foundation
Product and team building began. Achieved $200k in revenue, validating the need for AI-driven hiring.
